If iCloud backups are enabled for your child's device, please restore the most recent iCloud backup taken of the device. Then, please quit and relaunch the Utility application to run through this installation again.
If you encounter this same error message, please:
- Keep OurPact Utility OPEN and the device connected
- Factory reset the device (Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content & Settings)
- Click "Try Again" in OurPact Utility.
