    When will Our pact Jr be available again for iOS child devices? It is the whole reason I subscribed to Premium and then it is completely non-functional for premium features?

    I am new to OurPact.  I have 3 sons all with iPhones.  I was able to install everything okay on my oldest son's device.  I then upgraded to Premium to take advantage of what it offers.  However, I am now unable to get even the basic app loaded on my other two son's phones.  If I downgrade to Plus will I be able to at least get the schedules up and running for all three devices?  In doing some research I see that you are having problems with Premium and ios devices but is there a way for me right now to get the basic stuff loaded? Thanks!

    I am facing the same problems already described. I registered yesterday I cannot use the Premium version on my daughter Iphone. When do you expect to have a solution? I hope that, at least, we will have the free trial period again...

    +1 on extending the trial. I just signed up for Premium because of several personal references and several key features don’t work on iOS without the app. Could those of us who just signed up be extended until this is fixed?

    I just got this app for my daughter since we are giving her a phone for the holidays. I signed up for the free trail of premium but when I connect my child's device to my computer to install premium it won't even recognize the device. Is this also part of the issue that is being resolved? I would say that all of us on trial should be allowed to have an extended trial once these issues are resolved.

    I've bee using this app since May 2018. Just got a new (replacement) phone for our daughter (iPhone 6s, running iOS 12). OurPact wasnt' working so I uninstalled, restarted and reinstalled on both phones (parent and child). I was able to pair them, but cannot access the premium features that I'm already paying for. I should not continue to be charged for something that I'm not able to use.

    I installed the utility on my computer, but it won't even recognize that my child's device is plugged in to the laptop. I expect that you'll credit my account for this month because this obviously isn't a brand new problem. Please do not continue to charge me until it's fixed and working again.

    ive just spent an hour trying to put ourpact premium on my sons new ipod touch. works on other devices, but now it seems our pact junior is not available. please help

    Add me to the list of folks having trouble with the utility to get iOS devices (both an old iPhone and a new iPad) set up for Ourpact Premium. I have been trying for a couple hours now. This was highly recommended by another parent, but I must say I am not impressed so far...and disappointed with the Premium service.

    The concept of this app is by far the best I've seen... nearly perfect. HOWEVER... I have the same complaint as the others: it will not install on my child's iOS phone. From what I can tell from others who have commented, this has been a technical issue for over a month. Given the fact that this app is so far superior in design to other parental control apps, I don't see why this issue is not yet resolved. I would cheerfully pay the $6.99 if all of the features worked.

    Same problem here! 2 Androids and 1 ipad. My kids use these devices to communicate with me. I'd like more control options on ipad. I wish there was a discretion that pops up about idevices before starting trial. Now I can't try without paying on the ipad

    Same here too. Just signed up to premium but couldn't pair my daughter's IOS device. When will this issue be resolved, its been lagging way too long. Appreciate to have this feature up and running quickly. Thanks.

    I wish I had seen this thread before upgrading to premium..... As the rest of the folks here, my daughter has an Apple device and I can't push out the ourpact jr app to her phone. The only reason I got premium was for the features I actually now use. I want to cancel my subscription as I'm not willing to bankroll a company who has not communicated a clear remedy to this issue.

    Where can I cancel?

    I am having the same IOS issue servers have there- I needed to update my payment type and when my account was reactivated, I could no longer manage my daughter’s iPod from any device- I have gone round and round with support to no avail and cancelled altogether tonight! Sad as I have recommended this app since I began using it in 2017! For now I am using the “ScreenTime” feature for down time on my daughter’s device- So disappointing they could not resolve my issue!

    The Mac utility keeps asking me to trust the device on the backup step (right after I hit "start"), even though I've already done that (twice).  It doesn't let me get through the setup.  How do I get around that?  I already have the Jr. app on that phone, so that issue won't stop me.

    So incredibly frustrating Apple chose to remove OurPact Jr from the store, especially since their ScreenTime management feature is so lacking. 

    I hope the folks at OurPact can find a way around Apple's greed and stupidity on this one because the Premium feature set is better than anything the competitors offer.

    I came here looking for help and found it in a different place, but it may help those of you needing help pairing your ios device. I was able to add a new child device using the Utility Manager, but then I couldn't see the device or add the child in my app.ourpact.com control screen. I could tell Utility had correctly installed because in the very top of Settings on his phone, it said something about being controlled by Eturi in tiny print.

    I went to Safari on my child's device and navigated to pair.ourpact.com and followed directions. Then when I refreshed my app.ourpact.com screen, my child's new device appeared! It will be nice to have access to this on my phone and their devices, but until then, this'll do.

    It's unfortunate this issue seems to have continued now for more than 5 months. Early responses to messages left on this string indicated a fix was "coming soon". It appears that responses are not even being given now. Is there some specific information available now about the progress being made to fix this problem? As a Premium customer for nearly two years, we have appreciated this application (our kids have not, so much) but we are paying the same amount for all elements and not getting to use all of them. Apple ScreenTime is inferior but free and may be our only other option if a fix isn't available soon.

    Hey OurPact. How about you give us a timeline that is more than “soon”!?!? I used to be a soapbox proponent for your platform but it’s been going on for over 5 months and nothing from you guys. Wtf?

    Trying to pair my son's iPad as per the instructions but no success. He deleted the app a while back and now that the app store no longer supports the Ourpact jr app I can't reload it. I'm considering ending my subscription and using something else if this isn't resolved quickly. I can still control how much time he spends on the iPad but he has no control over his access without the Ourpact jr app so is constantly badgering me to give him more time. The whole purpose of downloading the app was to prevent this!

    After 3 months without response, I am here just to say that I changed the app. Lousy service. It is a shame because the  app is not bad, but it doesn't work.

    We regret to inform our community that OurPact’s iOS child and parent applications were recently pulled from the iOS App Store, in what appears to be an industry-wide removal of screen time management apps from the Apple marketplace.

    If you are new to OurPact:

    You can still create an OurPact account through our website - ourpact.com.

    Android child devices can be paired for management with all Plus and Premium features. iOS child devices can be paired for basic management, although many OurPact Premium features – Family Locator, Allowance, App Organizer, Web Filter – are not available without OurPact Jr. installed to the child device. To confirm, it is still possible to block apps individually on Premium-paired iOS child devices, including iMessage. All OurPact Plus management features are available for iOS child devices.

    If OurPact Jr. and OurPact were installed to your family devices before this removal was initiated:

    Any devices that have OurPact or OurPact Jr. installed can continue to use OurPact features without limitation. This removal only impacts new users who have not yet installed our software.

    If the OurPact or OurPact Jr. apps were removed from your devices after having been previously installed, please contact support@ourpact.com, so we can share instructions to reinstate these installations, as needed.
