If you are subscribed to OurPact Premium and have the Allowance feature enabled, your child’s device will be in a blocked state by default at all times (even outside of schedule block times).
The only way the device will unblock is if your child PLAYS allowance (by pressing the play button within OurPact Jr. on their device), or if you manually grant access from the parent app. Please instruct your child to play/pause their allowance throughout the day to unblock their device.
During schedule or manual blocks that you have set within your parent app, your child cannot use allowance time to unblock their device.
