This notification means that your child’s device is not able to communicate with your parent app. Please make sure your child’s device has a strong internet connection, is awake, and ensure there aren’t other devices taking up bandwidth on the same network (eg. streaming movies, downloading large files).
If you continue to experience issues, put your parent and child devices into ‘Airplane Mode’ for 15 seconds, and re-send your command.
