Refund Policy

We want our families to feel confident in their choice to use OurPact for their device management solution. That’s why we offer a Free 14-day trial for all of our subscription tiers.  You can cancel your free trial at any time.  If you choose to cancel during your free trial, you will still be able to use the service for the remaining days of the 14-day trial period

OurPact offers two subscription tiers with both monthly and annual payment plans so that you can choose the payment method that works best for you.  Please note that subscribing to an annual plan will save you the equivalent of two months' worth of subscription payments.  You can learn more about our different subscription tiers and pricing here.

We do not offer refunds or partial credits for any monthly or annual subscription purchases.  If you cancel your subscription after payment, you will retain your benefits until the end of your subscription term, which you can view in your account details.  After your cancellation, your account will be downgraded to a free account.
