- Safari Browser MUST be used to pair an iOS device to management. Please ensure you are using Safari to navigate to pair.ourpact.com.
- Do not enter 'www.' in front of the pair.ourpact.com URL.
- Please ensure your child's device has a solid internet connection.
If issues persist, please go in the device to Settings > Safari > Clear Website and Browser History, then try again to navigate to pair.ourpact.com in Safari.
