If you find your login details are being flagged as incorrect when pairing an iOS child device (but you are confident they are correct!), please navigate within your child's device to:
- iOS Settings
- Date & Time
- Toggle 'Set Automatically' ON
Then, launch Safari on your child's device, navigate again to pair.ourpact.com and try again to install management.
If you are receiving this error message on an Android, or after making the above changes, please reset your account password from the 'Forgot Password?' link on your parent app login page. If your issues persist, please contact our support team at email@example.com.
