New apps are set to show up on their own on the App Rules list. If you don't see certain apps listed on there, you can click the refresh button at the top of your App Rules tab.
If you're still having trouble with certain apps, please try the following:
- Play around with the settings ('flip' the App Rule for these apps)
- Update or delete and reinstall these apps
