New apps on your child's device will automatically be added to the App Rules list in your parent app. A refresh button at the top of your App Rules tab should add the new app to this list if it does not show up on its own.
If a new app has not shown up in your App Rules list, make sure your child's device has a strong internet connection, a charged battery, and has OurPact Jr open.
If you're having issues with apps not following the rules you have set, then please:
- Play around with the settings ('flip' the App Rule for these apps)
- Update or delete and reinstall these apps
- Update your child's device if an update is available
