App Rules is available on OurPact's Premium subscription tier. This feature allows parents to manage apps according to three rules: Always Blocked, Always Allowed, and Blocked by Schedule.
To set up the App Rules feature:
Open your OurPact parent app on your device or on your computer using our web app at app.ourpact.com. Log in to your account and navigate to the App Rules tab (4 squares).
Here, you will see a list of installed apps on your child’s device. You can choose to mark these according to the three rules listed above.
In the image below you will see the App Rules tab marked by four squares. The first arrow indicates the app is blocked by schedule. The second arrow indicates that the app is always allowed. The third arrow indicates the app is always blocked.
Note: App Rules can only be set for child devices that have completed Premium on-boarding (Android child devices will update to Premium automatically, iOS child devices must complete onboarding through OurPact Utility on a computer).
