If an OurPact command displays as 'Pending' despite being received on the child device, this is a possible indication that there is a secondary device paired to your child's profile that OurPact can't manage.
To resolve this Pending message, please:
- Ensure all the devices paired to your child's OurPact profile are on, awake, and connected to a solid WiFi/internet or Cellular network (eg. LTE).
- Delete any inactive child devices from the DEVICES list in your OurPact menu.
You can verify the state of each child device by navigating to the devices list in your parent OurPact app.
Red = Child device is BLOCKED
Green = Child device is GRANTED, or Allowance is in "Play" mode
Grey = Allowance PAUSED
Red Triangle (!) = Child device is NO LONGER MANAGED
