There are 3 components required to ensure that OurPact Premium is set up properly on child iOS devices:
1. iOS child devices require an additional installation using our Utility application on a computer in order to ‘Supervise’ the device and unlock Premium features (ie. App Rules).
The success of this installation is indicated by a blurb of text above the child's iOS Settings menu (or above the home button on the lock screen), stating that the device is "supervised and monitored by Eturi".
If you don't see this text, if you haven't done so already, please go to ut.ourpact.com in a browser on your computer to download the Utility application. Launch it, and follow the prompts to get your child's device successfully set up for Premium management.
2. The device needs to be paired to your parent OurPact account by a ‘Mobile Device Management’ (MDM) profile that is installed when going to pair.ourpact.com following Premium installation.
You can double-check to see if this is installed on your child's device by going to iOS Settings > General to continue to Device Management > Device System Profiles > OurPact MDM Profile.
If this is not installed, please go to pair.ourpact.com in Safari on your child's device to install the management profile and pair the device to your account.
3. The OurPact Jr. app must be installed on your child's device in order to use the Family Locator, Web Filter, Allowance and App Organizer features.
If the OurPact Jr. app is not installed on your child's device, please launch your parent app and navigate to the DEVICES list (from the menu, or teal device icon to left of the web browser window). Select your child's device, and then choose the option to remotely install OurPact Jr.
