Please ensure your child's device has a solid internet connection, and then tap the refresh icon in their App List within OurPact.
If you confirm an internet connection on your child's device, but the App List cannot be refreshed and populated, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
- The version of OurPact Jr. currently installed on your child's device. (Settings > Apps > OurPact Jr. > Tap OurPact Jr. > Confirm the Version)
- Your child's device type (eg. Samsung Galaxy S8)
