If you find your child's iOS Message history is lost after the restore process during installation, please ensure:
- Your child's device is logged into it's Apple ID
- iMessage is toggled on in your child's iOS Messages Settings
- Your child's device is connected to internet, and has fully restored
Please Note: If you restored your child's device through iCloud after completing OurPact Premium installation, it's possible the message history was lost if messages are not enabled for iCloud backups in your child's iCloud settings (Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Messages). Please ensure that you have Messages enabled for iCloud backups, moving forward!
