If you receive a No Device Connected error message during OurPact Premium Utility installation, please first verify that your child's device is plugged into the computer with a USB cable.
Then, please navigate to ut.ourpact.com, and install a fresh version of OurPact Utility. Try again to run through installation, and if this false error message persists on Windows computers, please:
Launch 'Add/Remove Programs' on your Windows computer and check for:
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable, and
- Apple Mobile Device Support
If you do not see Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable, please:
- Download it from here
- Restart your computer
- Relaunch Utility and attempt installation again
If you do not see Apple Mobile Device Support, please:
- Uninstall iTunes (Windows Instructions)
- Install a fresh version from here
- Relaunch Utility and attempt installation again
Windows users should be able to proceed with OurPact Utility installation after following the instructions above.
