If you encountered an error message saying, "Sorry, an error occurred" while pairing your child's iOS device, please follow these instructions below on the device:
- Launch iOS Settings
- Tap the 'Profile Downloaded' item near the top of the Setting menu
- Follow the prompts to install the OurPact profile (shared in image below)
If you continue to have issues, it's important to note that you will not see a downloaded profile in your child's iOS Settings unless you go directly from connect.ourpact.com upon encountering the 'Error Occurred' message.
- Open OurPact Jr. again on your child's device
- Follow the prompts to re-attempt installation
- If the same "Sorry an Error Occurred" message displays: launch Settings > Profile Downloaded > Install
