If you encountered an error message saying, "Sorry, an error occurred" while pairing your child's iOS device, please follow these instructions below on the device:
- Launch iOS Settings
- Select the OurPact "Device System Profile"
If you continue to have issues, it's important to note that you will not see anything in 'Device System Profiles' in your child's iOS Settings unless you go directly from pair.ourpact.com upon encountering the 'Error Occurred' message.
- Navigate again to pair.ourpact.com
- Follow the prompts to re-attempt installation
- If the same "Sorry an Error Occurred" message displays: launch Settings > General > Profiles > OurPact Device System Profile > Install
