With a new iOS software update, the pairing process will no longer automatically route you from Safari to iOS Settings to install the management profile that will pair your child's device to your account.
If you see a pop-up error message while pairing your child's iOS device that says to "Review the profile in iOS Settings" to install, all you need to do is accept this profile installation from within your child's iOS Settings.
To do so, please:
- Launch iOS Settings
- Select the OurPact "Device System Profile"
If you still have issues with installation, please:
- Navigate again to pair.ourpact.com
- Follow the prompts to re-attempt installation
- If the same message displays: launch Settings > General > Profiles > OurPact Device System Profile > Install
