If you see a pop-up error message while pairing your child's iOS device that says to "Review the profile in iOS Settings," all you need to do is accept this profile installation from within your child's iOS Settings.
Please follow these quick steps on your child's iOS device:
- Launch iOS Settings
- Profiles (or Device Management)
- Device System Profile
If you still have issues with installation, please:
- Navigate again to connect.ourpact.com
- Follow the prompts to re-attempt installation
- If the same message displays: launch Settings > General > Profiles > OurPact Device System Profile > Install
