If OurPact Jr. has been previously installed through your child's iCloud/Apple ID account, you should be able to reinstate that installation to your child's device.
First, please confirm that your child's device is paired to your account.
- Launch your parent app.
- Navigate to the DEVICES list (from menu, or teal device icon to left of web browser window).
- Select your child's device, and then choose the option to remotely install OurPact Jr.
If OurPact Jr. still does not install to your child's device, navigate to: App Store > Updates > Tap the profile icon, upper right > Purchased > My Purchases > Search for: OurPact Jr. > Tap the iCloud Download Icon next to OurPact Jr. > Open.
If OurPact Jr. does not appear in the iCloud downloads search or you have issues installing OurPact Jr., please email us at email@example.com with confirmation if OurPact Jr. has ever been installed to a managed device on your account in the past, even through a separate Apple ID.
