There is a known issue impacting a handful of users with Windows computers with the Utility version available on our website not opening.
If you are experiencing this issue, there is a link to re-install an updated version of Utility on your Windows computer, below. Please follow these steps:
- On your child's iOS device, navigate to Settings > General. If possible, proceed to Device Management or Profiles > Device System Profiles > Remove Management (*If you cannot proceed past General, skip this step!)
- On your computer, copy and paste the link below into a web browser:https://ourpact-utility-release.s3.amazonaws.com/OurPact%20Utility%20Setup%204.10.3.exe
- Press enter to re-install OurPact Utility.
- Launch this newly installed version of OurPact Utility 4.10.3 from your Downloads. (If asked to replace an "older item" select Replace.)
- Launch OurPact Utility, and run through the installation again from scratch.
