It is expected behavior for your child's iOS device to go into a blocked state once View is enabled.
Your child must select the 'Start Broadcast' prompt within OurPact Jr, before the View feature can be used.
To incentivize the authorization of this setting, blocked apps only become available when the 'Start Broadcast' permission is enabled. (For this reason, any apps you want to monitor use of with View should be set to Blocked by Schedule VS Always Allowed in the App Rules list.)
