How to remove OurPact from an Android child device

If your child's Android is running OS Version 7+ and completed the Connect installation:

1. On your child's device, launch OurPact Jr.
2. Tap the menu (3 dots) and then 'Parent Access'
3. Sign in with your parent credentials and tap 'Remove Management'
4. Select 'Remove all management to uninstall OurPact Jr.'
5. Select 'Remove Management' then 'Yes, Remove' to confirm

*If you only want to unpair the device but have plans to repair it with management later, choosing the option 'Unpair Device' will allow you to repair the device through the OurPact Jr. app instead of using the Connect application on your computer.

To remove management from an Android child device running OS 6 or below:

1. On your child's device, launch OurPact Jr.
2. Tap the menu (3 dots) and then 'Parent Access'
3. Log into 'Parent Access' with your OurPact account details
4. Select 'Remove Management' then 'Remove' to confirm
