If you can't remember your password and need to reset it, log out of your account and then select the ‘Forgot Password?’ link under the login fields, and follow the prompts.
For accounts created with an email and a password, you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to change your password.
For accounts created with either the Apple or Google Single Sign-On option, that password is associated with your service provider and must be changed through either Apple or Google.
For accounts created using Google or Apple Single Sign-On, clicking the Forgot Password? link and entering your email associated with your Single Sign-On, you will receive a one-time code that will allow you to log in to your Parent app, Parent Access in OurPact Jr., and the Connect pairing application. But you will need to change your Google or Apple account password to change the password for your OurPact account
If you know your current password and want to change it, from your parent app:
- Launch your parent app
- Open the Menu
- Tap 'Settings'
- Tap 'Change Password'
