OurPact's servers automatically send email notifications when paired child devices have not been seen in 48 hours.
To prevent these server emails from being triggered, you can remove management from your child's device and delete this device from your parent account.
To remove management on iOS child devices:
- Launch Connect on your computer or download it again from connect.ourpact.com.
- Connect your child's device via USB to your computer
- Choose 'Remove' and your child's device type
- Follow the prompts for removal

To delete old or lost devices:
- Log in to your OurPact account
- Open the menu and go to My Family
- Find the device you would like to remove from your account and tap it
- Tap the trash can icon and confirm that you want to delete the device.
