What is OurPact Connect?

OurPact Connect is a computer application required for Full Pair, unlocking all features on your child’s device. Installation is quick, secure, and ensures the best possible management experience.

How to Full Pair:
 

The steps depend on your child's iOS version. On iOS 27, Full Pair erases the device and then restores it from an iCloud backup, so make an iCloud backup first. On iOS 26 and older, the device isn't erased.

Android Full Pair Instructions

Full Pair gives you access to all features. It requires your child’s device, a computer, a cable, and the installation of OurPact Connect. This process is only required once to set up management and again when you are ready to remove it. You will not need to Full Pair your child’s device every time the operating system is updated.

Can I Pair without a Computer?

Yes. If your child has an iPhone or iPad, you can also Quick Pair instead. It is the fastest way to get started and only requires your child’s device, but you would only have access to limited features. 

*Quick Pair only blocks apps with age rating of 5+. 

TIPS! To confirm if your child's device was successfully paired through Connect:

• iOS child devices: Check for a line of text above the iOS Settings menu stating the device is "Supervised and monitored by OurPact/Eturi."

   

• Android child devices: Check for a line of text at the bottom of your child's lock screen or settings swipe-up menu, stating, "Device is managed by your organization."
