What is OurPact Connect?

OurPact Connect is a computer application that is required to unlock extended management features on your child’s device. The Connect installation is quick and completely secure, and will give you the optimal management experience for you!

Connect is only required once to pair your child's device for management and then again when you are ready to remove management.  You will not need to repair your child's device every time the operating system is updated.

To pair your child's device with OurPact Connect, you can follow the instructions linked for either an iOS or Android child device.

To confirm if your child's device was successfully paired through Connect:

• iOS child devices: Check for a line of text above the iOS Settings menu stating the device is "Supervised and monitored by OurPact/Eturi."
• Android child devices: Check for a line of text at the bottom of your child's lock screen or settings swipe-up menu, stating, "Device is managed by your organization."
