How to Full Pair Android Child Device

For full pairing iPhone or iPad, please follow instructions for iOS 26+ and iOS 18 and older.

How to full pair Android child devices to your OurPact account:  
For Android OS 7+ only. Android 7 and older are no longer supported.
 

1. Sign up with OurPact (skip if you already have an account)

You can SIGN UP by create an OurPact account or choose “Sign Up with Apple” or “Sign Up with Google.”

2. Download and Install OurPact Connect

Navigate to connect.ourpact.com in Chrome, Safari, or Firefox on a computer (Internet Explorer or Edge does not support installation).Download OurPact Connect.

3. Open OurPact Connect to Start Pairing

Launch the newly downloaded Connect application from your Downloads / Applications.

Select 'Pair' and Android for the device type. Do not connect your child's device to your computer yet. 

(If you're pairing your child's iPhone or iPad, please follow instructions for iOS 26+ and iOS 18 and older instead.)

Login to your OurPact account.

Follow the on-screen instructions to enable developer options on your child's device.

Enable USB Debugging and accept the prompt on your child's device.  Once enabled, connect your child's device to your computer using a USB cable.

Choose to pair your child's device to an already existing profile or create a new one.

If choosing to create a new child profile, enter the new child profile name.  You can change this name later in your management dashboard.

Consent to the Data & Privacy agreement.  You can CLICK HERE to see what type of data could be collected while using OurPact.

The next step will happen automatically on your child's device.  Please do not disconnect your child's device from your computer until you see the 'Success' screen at the end of the Connect installation.

Success! You can now disconnect your child's device and enjoy OurPact's management!

If your child’s Android is running software older than OS 7*:

Please reach out to our support team at support@ourpact.com so that we can provide you with our app download for older device models and installation instructions. 

*Computer installation with OurPact Connect is not required for Android child devices running Android 6 or below.
