For full pairing iPhone or iPad, please follow instructions for iOS 27, iOS 26, or iOS 18 and older.
How to full pair Android child devices to your OurPact account:
For Android OS 7+ only. Android 7 and older are no longer supported.
1. Sign up with OurPact (skip if you already have an account)
You can SIGN UP by create an OurPact account or choose “Sign Up with Apple” or “Sign Up with Google.”
2. Download and Install OurPact Connect
Navigate to connect.ourpact.com in Chrome, Safari, or Firefox on a computer (Internet Explorer or Edge does not support installation).Download OurPact Connect — choose FOR MAC or FOR WINDOWS.
The downloaded file should be named OurPact Connect-1.19.1 or newer. If it is older than that, refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) and download it again — your browser may be showing you a saved copy of the page.
Important: remove the accounts on your child’s phone first
Android will not let OurPact manage a phone while any account is signed in to it. This is an Android rule, and on Android 16 there is no way around it. You remove the accounts, pair, then sign back in.
Nothing is deleted. Removing an account only signs it out of this phone. Photos, contacts and email stay in the account online. You will need the passwords to sign back in afterwards, and a Samsung account asks for its password before it signs out. Keep the phone plugged in to the computer while you do this.
Remove every account Connect lists under “Accounts found on this device”, including Google, Samsung, Microsoft/Outlook, WhatsApp, Facebook and Dropbox.
Samsung Galaxy (One UI 6, 7 and 8): Settings > Accounts and backup > Manage accounts > tap each account > Remove account. For the Samsung account, open it, scroll down, tap Sign out and enter its password. Repeat until Manage accounts is empty.
Google Pixel and most other phones (Android 14–16): Settings > Passwords, passkeys & accounts (on Android 14 it is Passwords & accounts) > tap the first account > Remove account > confirm. Repeat until no accounts are listed. If you cannot find it, type accounts into the search bar at the top of Settings.
When they are all removed, click I’VE REMOVED THEM in Connect. Connect checks the phone again and tells you if one is still there. After pairing finishes, sign back in to your accounts on the phone.
If something goes wrong
- “Google Play services must be enabled” — open Settings > Apps, tap the three dots > Show system apps, tap Google Play services, tap Enable, then restart the phone. On Samsung, also set the Apps filter to Disabled and turn back on anything you did not disable yourself.
- No “Remove account” button — a work or school account may be controlled by its organization. Ask that organization to remove it, or pair a different device.
- Forgot the Samsung account password — reset it at account.samsung.com on any device, then sign out on the phone.
3. Open OurPact Connect to Start Pairing
