Yes, they can! Find My iPhone only needs to be disabled temporarily during the pairing process with the Connect pairing application.

Once your child’s iOS device is paired and set up with OurPact Connect, you can re-enable Find My iPhone by opening your child’s device Settings > iCloud > Find My iPhone > Toggle On.
