What Kind of a Computer Do I Need to Use for Connect?

You will need to use a Windows or Mac computer to use our pairing application, Connect.  Connect is only required to pair your child's device for management and again when you are ready to remove management.

For Windows computers, we require Windows 10 or higher.

• • When pairing iOS devices, iTunes is also required for Windows 10.  Please ensure you have the most updated version of iTunes installed on your computer.

For Mac computers, we require Mac OS 10.15- Catalina or higher.  

• • Pairing with macOS Ventura?

Please note that Chromebooks or other devices running Chrome OS are not supported. If you don't have a compatible computer, we recommend borrowing one from a family member or friend.
