iTunes is only required for pairing when you are pairing a child's iOS device using a Windows 10+ computer. If you are using a Mac for pairing or pairing a child's Android device, you will not need iTunes. iTunes is required to facilitate a connection so that the Connect application can communicate with your child's iPhone or iPad.
You will need to have iTunes open and ensure that your child's device is recognized by iTunes before starting the pairing process with Connect.

If iTunes is already installed on your computer, but you receive an error message stating that iTunes is required, please update the version of iTunes that is installed on your computer. You can use THIS LINK to download the most current version of iTunes.
