Your Subscription must be managed through the same platform you initially subscribed through (i.e., through our website, Google Play Store, or iTunes/iOS App Store*).
To upgrade or downgrade your Subscription, please follow the appropriate instructions below.
If your Subscription is active through our Website (Stripe):
- Navigate to app.ourpact.com or launch your mobile OurPact app and log in to your account.
- Tap the horizontal menu stack in the left-hand corner. (mobile app only)
- Go to Account.
- Go to Subscription Options.
- Change your Subscription tier as preferred and choose a monthly or annual Subscription term.
- You can tap Compare in the right corner to see the different management options for each Subscription tier.
- Confirm your changes and tap Update Plan.
*You can also alter your iOS Subscription preferences directly within your iOS settings. Learn more about iOS Subscription management here.
Please note: Apple honors their subscriptions for the entire term length- if you downgrade your Subscription in the middle of your Subscription term, the change will not be made until your Subscription renews for the next term.
