Your subscription must be managed through the same app you initially subscribed through (ie. through our website, Google Play Store, or iTunes/iOS App Store).
To upgrade or downgrade your subscription, please follow the appropriate instructions below.
If your subscription is active through our website or Google Play:
- Navigate to app.ourpact.com (website), or launch OurPact's Android parent app
- Sign in, if prompted
- Select the profile/menu icon
- Account
- Change your subscription preferences
- Confirm changes
If your subscription is active through iOS / iTunes:*
- Launch OurPact's iOS parent app
- Sign in, if prompted
- Select the menu icon, upper left
- Account
- Manage Subscription (bottom of page)
- You will be linked to your iOS Subscription settings, where you can alter your subscription preferences
*You can also alter your iOS subscription preferences directly within your iOS settings. Learn more about iOS subscription management here.
Please Note: If you are upgrading your account to OurPact Premium, iOS child devices paired to your account must be run through OurPact Utility to complete the upgrade process. Learn more here.
