To cancel your Subscription, you must cancel through the same platform you started your Subscription with (i.e., directly through our website (Stripe), iOS App Store, or Android Google Play Store).
If you purchased your Subscription through our iOS App:
- Launch OurPact's iOS parent app
- Tap the menu stack (upper left)
- Account
- Choose the option to Cancel Subscription
- You will be linked to your iOS Subscription settings, where you can cancel or downgrade your Subscription.
You can also cancel your iOS OurPact Subscription in your iOS Subscription settings.
If you purchased your Subscription through our Android App:
- Launch OurPact's Android parent app
- Tap the menu stack (upper left)
- Account
- Choose the option to Cancel Subscription
- If prompted, select Open Google Play Store and make changes to your Subscription preferences within the Google Play Store.
If you purchased your Subscription through our web app:
- Navigate to app.ourpact.com in a web browser
- Sign into your account
- Tap the profile icon, (upper right)
- Account
- Choose the option to Cancel Subscription or change your Subscription preferences through Subscription Options.
