14-Day Free Trial
When you start a free trial, you will have full access to Premium features for 14 days. You can cancel your trial at any time directly from your account settings.
If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged, and you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of the 14-day trial.
If the trial is not canceled before it ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your selected plan (monthly or annual) will be charged to your payment method on file..
Subscription Plans & Billing
OurPact offers both monthly and annual subscription plans so families can choose the option that works best for them. Annual plans provide a discounted rate compared to monthly billing.
Your subscription details, billing date, and renewal information can always be viewed in your account settings.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
Refunds & Credits
Because OurPact is a digital subscription service that provides immediate access to Premium features, we do not offer refunds or partial credits for:
Monthly or annual subscription purchases
Unused subscription time
Partial billing periods
Failure to cancel before the end of a free trial
Failure to cancel before a renewal date
If you cancel after a charge has been processed, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to Premium features during that time.
Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the OurPact app or web account settings.
After cancellation:
You will not be charged for future billing cycles
Your Premium access will continue until the end of your paid term
Your account will automatically downgrade to the free version after the subscription period ends
