What happens if my child deletes OurPact Jr.?

iOS Child Devices:

Deleting OurPact Jr. will not remove management from iOS child devices; however, it does allow children to see their upcoming schedule blocks.  OurPact Jr. is also required for the use of several Premium/Premium+ features:

• App Organizer
• Family Locator & Places
• Screen Time Allowance
• Web Filter & Restrictions
• View

Deleting OurPact Jr. from an iOS child device paired with a Free account will not impact management at all; it will only prevent your child from seeing their upcoming schedule blocks.

If OurPact Jr. is deleted from your child's iOS device, you can reinstall it from your parental OurPact app:

1. Open your parent OurPact app.
2. Tap the Menu stack in the top left corner
3. Go to My Family
4. Find and select your child's device
5. Tap the option to 'Install OurPact Jr.' remotely

Android Child Devices:

The Connect pairing application will pair your child's device for management and prevent the deletion of OurPact Jr. from your child's device*.

*If you're using an older version of the app and OurPact Jr. is somehow deleted from an Android child device, management will be removed. To prevent OurPact Jr. from being removed on child devices running Android OS <6, please ensure settings are blocked on your child's Android by opening OurPact Jr. on your child's device > Menu > Parent Access > Log In > Block Settings > Enable.
