Since the time zone that your child's device adheres to is set within OurPact and not from the device settings, you are able to manage your child’s device/s even from a different timezone.
This also prevents children from being able to tamper with block times by adjusting their device time zone settings.
To verify or change your child's time zone in OurPact:
- Open the OurPact parent app.
- Tap your child's profile picture/avatar on your parent dashboard.

Tap the Time Zone to confirm or choose your time zone.
- If your child is using an ANDROID device, Toggle ON Lock Automatic Time to prevent your child from changing the date and time settings.
- Tap Save.
You can also change your child's Time Zone through the My Family tab in the menu.
- Open the menu on the left-hand side
- Tap My Family
- Tap the Settings icon to the left of your child’s profile picture/avatar.
- Tap the Time Zone to confirm or choose your time zone.
- Tap Save.
