Locating a lost or stolen device

OurPact Family Locator will not be able to provide real-time location monitoring if the phone is dead, without an internet connection, or if OurPact Jr. settings have been tampered with in any way. It is possible to view the last reported location of the device.

If you are trying to locate a lost iOS device, we recommend you use Apple's 'Find My iPhone' feature which was designed for this specific purpose.
