There are a couple of restrictions that may be preventing the broadcast from working properly. Please check the following:
In your iOS parent OurPact app:
- Tap the menu, and select your child's management profile
- Tap the View icon, to the right of the map preview
- Toggle OFF view
- Return to your child's profile dashboard, and tap the Web Filter & Restrictions tab (farthest right)
- Scroll down, and ensure 'Disable Screenshots' is toggled OFF
- Re-enable View
Then, if you are using iOS Screen Time, please go to: Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Game Center > Screen Recording > Allow.
