If you upgraded your account from Premium to Premium+, you can now access OurPact's View feature.
If View is enabled before OurPact Jr. is installed, your child's iOS device will remain blocked. For the View feature to work on your child's device, they will need to have OurPact Jr. installed. If OurPact Jr. is not on your child's device, they will not be able to unblock their device until it is.

If OurPact Jr. is not downloaded on your child's device, please follow these steps (with your child's device in hand):

Open your parent OurPact app.
- Disable the View feature.
- Tap the View tile on your dashboard or the View icon at the bottom of your screen.
- Tap the Settings icon in the top right of your screen.
- Toggle OFF Enable Locator.

From your parent dashboard, tap Grant to manually unblock your child's device. This should restore your child's apps on their device.

Ensure your child’s device has an internet connection.
- In your parent app, open the menu in the top left corner.
- Go to My Family.

Tap your child's device.
- Tap Install Ourpact Jr., then OK.

After finishing the download, open OurPact Jr. on your child’s device and accept any prompts.
It's important to remember that - so long as View is enabled - your child’s iOS device will automatically block. To unblock their iOS device and allow View to work properly, your child must enable Screen Broadcast in their OurPact Jr. app.
