This notification means that your child’s device is not able to communicate with your parent app.
Please make sure your child’s device has a strong internet connection, is awake, and ensure there aren’t other devices taking up bandwidth on the same network (eg. streaming movies, downloading large files).
If you continue to experience issues, put your parent and child devices into ‘Airplane Mode’ for 15 seconds, and re-send your command.
If you find an OurPact command displays as 'Pending' despite being received on the child device, this is a possible indication that there is a secondary device paired to your child's profile that OurPact can't manage.
To resolve this, please:
- Ensure all the devices paired to your child's OurPact profile are on, awake, and connected to a solid WiFi/internet or Cellular network (eg. LTE).
- Delete any inactive child devices from the DEVICES list in your OurPact menu.
