New apps downloaded on your child's managed device will automatically be added to the App Rules list in your parent app. (You will also receive an in-app notification when a new app is downloaded.) If a newly downloaded app has not appeared in your App Rules list, please make sure your child's device has a strong internet connection, a charged battery, and OurPact Jr. open. You can also tap and pull down on the App Rules page to manually refresh the list.
If you're having issues with apps not following the rules you have set, then please:
- Flip the rule for the unresponsive app (i.e., switch from Blocked by Schedule to Always Allowed and back).
- Update or delete and reinstall these apps.
- Update your child's device OS if an update is available.
