If a pin code is requested from your child's iOS device during the pairing process, this is your child's iOS security passcode (used to unlock their device). This code was not created at any point during the OurPact sign up process.
If you do not know this entry code, you will need to request it from your child. We do encourage these codes to be shared among parents and children, but technically your child can create a new security pin after pairing if privacy is a concern.
