My child forgot to pause Allowance and ran out of time.

Allowance does not pause automatically when your child’s device is locked or put to sleep.

Allowance can only be paused manually in OurPact Jr. on your child’s device. It’s important that your child remembers to pause allowance time when they are done using their device, otherwise, their remaining time will run out independently.

If your child has run out of time, you can easily grant additional time with a timed grant.
