OurPact's Family Locator is a Premium & Premium+ feature that allows you to remotely monitor your child's device locations, receive alerts when your children enter or leave specified Places, and see the device's location history.
How to Set Up OurPact's Family Locator:
- Log in to your OurPact Premium/Premium+ parent app.
- Navigate to the child profile you want to monitor.
- Tap the map display underneath your child's Access State display.
- Toggle on the Family Locator in the top right-hand corner, or tap the Settings iconand then Toggle ON Enable Locator.
- You can also enable Location History by toggling on Show Location History.

- Location permissions can be adjusted within iOS child device settings. If location is not reporting for iOS child devices, please check the device Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Ensure Location Services are Toggled ON > OurPact Jr. > Always
- Issues with location reporting can be expected if:
- Location permissions are not enabled/set to 'Always' on child devices
- OurPact Jr. is not installed or closed
- Your child's device is offline
- Your child's device is running in Low Power Mode
