OurPact's management does not have a feature that requires children to ask permission to download new apps.
If you have been using this feature, you are most likely using Apple's Ask to Buy feature. As a first step, you should turn off Ask to Buy and then reenable it.
You will use your parent device to turn off and turn on Ask to Buy.
On your iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap Family.
- Tap your child's name, then tap Ask to Buy.
- In iOS 15 or earlier, tap Ask to Buy the tap your child's name.
- Turn off then on Require Purchase Approval.
