Android settings blocked

Settings access is disabled on Android child devices running Android versions older than OS 7* during onboarding to prevent tampering with management. 

To unblock settings on your child’s Android:

1. Open OurPact Jr.
2. Tap the menu icon, then Parent Access
3. Log in to Parent Access
4. Select Toggle Settings
5. Toggle Block Settings OFF

To prevent tampering with management, we encourage you to follow these steps again to re-enable the Block Settings preference.

Please Note: Wifi networks can still be joined and adjusted vis the OurPact Jr. dashboard on your child's device even when access to the settings menu is blocked.

 *On Android versions, OS 7 or later, only specific parental controls are blocked in the settings after the device has gone through the Connect installation.
