It's possible that In-App Purchases have been disabled through OurPact's Web Filter & Restrictions tab (Premium only), or in your child's iOS Content & Privacy Restrictions.
To resolve this issue, please:
- Sign into OurPact
- Tap the globe icon tab (Web Filter & Restrictions)
- Scroll down, and verify that In-App Purchases is toggled ON
If your child is still unable to make in-app purchases, please navigate in your child's iOS Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Enter your Screen Time/Restrictions passcode > iTunes & App Store Purchases > In-app Purchases > Allow.
Reboot your child's device if this issue persists, and try one more time to complete an in-app purchase.
Note: Since this is an Apple-related issue, we suggest you contact Apple Support if you still cannot complete in-app purchases after following the steps above.
