If your child's iOS apps are in a constant waiting state after pairing with management, this could indicate that there is a miscommunication with your child's Apple ID.
First, please try to trigger the app availability by canceling the download. To do so, tap and hold on the affected app and select 'cancel download' from the pop-up menu.
If your child's apps are still in a waiting state, please try to trigger your child's apps to load by blocking and then restoring them. Please ensure that your child's device has a strong internet/cellular connection and has OurPact Jr open or running in the background. Next, navigate to the App Rules tab of management in your parental OurPact app. Then please:
- Set all apps that are waiting to "Always Blocked."
- Tap the refresh button in the top right-hand corner of your App Rules tab.
- Wait 5-10 minutes.
- Reset the apps back to your desired state ("Blocked by Schedule" or "Always Allowed").
- Tap the refresh button one more time.
If your child's apps remain in the waiting state, please sign out and back into your child's Apple ID on their device.
