Tamperproofing allows you to lock down the mobile device management (MDM) profile on your child's iOS device* so that management cannot be removed from within the device's iOS device Settings. If your child's device has not been paired with Tamperproofing, please repair it using the most updated version of our Connect application on a computer.
*Child Android devices do not need Tamperproofing since Android devices do not use an MDM for pairing.
iOS 26 NOTICE:
We understand how important tamperproofing is for many families, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Due to recent changes from the device manufacturer, tamperproofing is temporarily unavailable on Apple devices running iOS version 26. Our team is actively working to address the issue and restore this functionality as soon as possible. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and users will be notified right away as soon as an update is available.
All iOS devices will be automatically paired with Tamperproofing during the pairing process. To opt out of Tamperproofing, click the Learn More link on the Tamperproofing page of the Connect pairing flow.
Once you have paired your child's iOS device with the Connect application, your child's device will be enabled with Tamperproofing!
Please note: Your child will still be able to see the Device Management profile in their device Settings, but they will not be able to remove it.
